On 12/05/2017 Deputies responded to a complaint of suspicious activity outside of Eldon. Deputies made contact with Darren Jameson and through further investigation learned that Jameson had several outstanding warrants out of Clay County, Missouri. Jameson was then taken into custody on the outstanding warrants. A search of Jameson revealed that he had a large amount of methamphetamine on his person. Jameson has been charged by the Miller County Prosecuting Attorney with trafficking drugs 2nd degree and felony delivery of a controlled substance. Jameson is currently being held at the Miller County Adult Detention Center, in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
