Four arrested after drug investigation

The Miller County Sheriff's Office, along with the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force arrested Jeffery Barlow, Abigail Haslag, and Scott Howell in conjunction with a drug investigation involving the distribution of methamphetamine. On 06/07/2018, Officers conducting the investigation witnessed suspected drug transactions taking place and made contact with the subjects involved. Officers made arrest after searching and finding suspected methamphetamine. Officers also took Brian Stogsdill into custody during the drug investigation on several outstanding warrants. Barlow is being held on a $75,000 bond for two counts of felony delivery of a controlled substance, and also has a no bond parole warrant. Scott Howell is being held on a $50,000 bond for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Abigail Haslag is being held on a $25,000 bond for one count of felony possession of a controlled substance. The Miller County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the following agencies and would like to thank them for their assistance. Cole County Sheriff's Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol, ATF, Mustang Drug Task Force, and the Eldon Police Department. The Miller County Sheriff's Office has zero tolerance when it comes to drug use and is committed to helping fight the addiction and destruction of its causes.
