On 08/18/2018 during the afternoon hours, Devin Mckie was located and arrested in Jefferson City without incident. Mckie is being held at the Miller County Jail, and has been charged with two counts of 1st degree assault and two counts of armed criminal action. Bond has been set at $300,000.

I would like to thank all the citizens that have provided information on Mckies whereabouts, which ultimately lead to his arrest. I would also like to thank the Cole County Sheriff's Office, Morgan County Sheriff's Office, Eldon Police Department, Jefferson City Police Department, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol for their assistance.
